The Ayiza AI assistant answers questions about your figures, reads your receipts and invoices, and does the work in Ayiza with your approval.

Use it in the app, on Telegram, by email, or from your own AI tools.

Your company gets its own Ayiza bot on Telegram. Chat with it from your phone as you would with a colleague.

Your administrator creates the bot in Telegram and connects it to Ayiza. Each user then links their account with a code.

Link your email address in Ayiza, where you also find the assistant's address. Write to it, and the assistant answers in the same thread.

Ask a question and get the answer by return, with tables for your figures.
Forward a supplier invoice or attach a receipt and ask the assistant to enter it.
Reply to the answer to carry on the same conversation.
Only signed mail from linked addresses is accepted. Postings are never approved by email: you review and post them in Ayiza.

Each API key belongs to one user and has exactly that user's access.
Switch areas on or off per key, set an expiry date, limit the IP addresses, and revoke a key at any time.
Records an AI tool changes are marked with the tool's name.
No limit on the number of API keys.
MCP server access is an add-on on either plan: £19 + VAT per month or £190 + VAT per year, per account.

The assistant can only do what both you and the assistant are allowed to do. Your administrator decides what the assistant itself may do.

Before the assistant posts, reverses or deletes a record, it asks for your approval. Nothing happens until you approve.

Records the assistant creates or changes are marked as such, and the action log lists everything it did in a conversation.

Claude from Anthropic by default, with models from OpenAI, Google and Mistral to choose from.
Or use your own API key from Anthropic, OpenAI, Azure OpenAI or another OpenAI-compatible provider. Usage on your own key is not charged.
